Patsy Ann Estep

Patsy Ann Estep, 73, Rodney Community, passed away at 4:25 P.M. Tuesday, November 7, 2017 in the Hospice Suite at the Holzer Medical Center. Born March 27, 1944 in Kanawha County, West Virginia she was the daughter of the late Franklin A. and Mabel Hobbs Withrow. She was a retired registered nurse from the Holzer Medical Center and a former member of the Gallipolis Chapter #283 of the Ohio Eastern Star. She married Thomas J. "Jack" Estep on May 27, 1963 in Cedar Grove, West Virginia and he survives as well as two sons, Thomas J. (Donna) Estep Jr., of Newark, Ohio and Timothy J. Estep, of Las Vegas, Nevada, grandchildren, Tony Chapman, Joshua Estep, Lillanna Paige Estep, Timothy Michael Estep and Sarah Michelle Estep. Also surviving is a sister, Brenda (Joe) Shilling, Chelyan, West Virginia, brothers, Richard A. (Dawn) Withrow, Woodstock, Illinois, David Lynn (Nancy) Withrow, Alexander, West Virginia, Paul Glenn (Barbara) Withrow, Glasgo, West Virginia. Pat is also survived by Celine Ruffier, a foreign exchange student from France who was like a member of the Estep family. In addition to her parents Pat was preceded by a sister, Mildred Quinn and by two brothers, Franklin "Jake" Withrow and Kenneth Withrow. A memorial visitation will be conducted from 5 - 8 P.M. Thursday at the Cremeens-King Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Pat's memory to one's favorite charity.
