Barbara Ann McMahill, 72, Pilgrim Lane, Point Pleasant, West Virginia, passed away at 3:15 A.M. Monday, October 16, 2017 in the J. W. Ruby Memorial Hospital on the campus of West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. Born August 13, 1945 in Walla Walla, Washington she was the daughter of the late Leland and Marie Shew Crawford. Barbara was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ of Latter Day Saints in Gallipolis. She is survived by her son, Robert Prentice McMahill, of Point Pleasant, grandsons, Robert P. McMahill, Point Pleasant, Earl P. McMahill, Letart, West Virginia and Scott A. McMahill, Point Pleasant, granddaughter, Freedom Lee Sutcliff, of Florida, step-grandaughters, Tracy McMahill, of Minnesota and Jennifer McMahill, of California. Also surviving is one brother, Jim Crawford, Chula Vista, Calfornia and three sisters, Annie Pluth, of Alaska, Kathy Carrillo, of Arizona and Patty McNamara, of California, a sister-in-law, Datha Donnelly, of Blue Ridge, Missouri and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Prentice McMahill, a daughter, Naomi M. McMahill and two sons, Earl McMahill and Mchael McMahill. There are no calling hours and private services are under the direction of the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Gallipolis, Ohio.
