Chandra Renee' Moon, 37, of Middleport, Ohio passed unexpectedly in the early morning of June 3, 2019 in a tragic auto accident on Tornado Rd. in Racine, Ohio.

She will be lovingly remembered by her only Daughter Alexis Moon (Jacob Rhinehart) of Philo, Ohio, Step-Daughters Mickayla & Kelsey Starcher, sister, Monica (Darrick) Jones of Pensacola, Fl., Step-Sister Kerri Moon of Middleport, Oh., & Step-Brother, Colton Sparks, of Middleport, Oh. in addition to mother, Jane Millhone Moon, of Belpre, Oh., and her Father, and Step-Mother, Stanford & Tracy Moon of Middleport, Oh., along with her Maternal Grandmother, Helen Milhone of Tuppers Plains, Oh. & Paternal Grandmother Annie Harris of Middleport, Oh. in addition to Nieces & Nephews Jayden, Cameron, Kimaya, & Micah Jones and Timberlynn McGuire.

There will be a memorial service to celebrate the Life of Chandra on Thursday, June 6th, 2019 at 8PM in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Pomeroy Chapel with Reverend Joseph Woods Officiating. Friends may call for two hours prior to the memorial.
