Mildred Maxine Varian, 82, Syracuse, passed away at 1:55 P.M. Saturday, April 8, 2017 in the Holzer Medical Center. Born June 1, 1934 in Hartford, West Virginia she was the daughter of the late Joseph L. and Louise Holt London Jr. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Robert Milton Varian, who she married October 13, 1953 in Syracuse. Also surviving is her son, Robert Joseph Varian, Langsville, two grandchildren, J. P. Varian, Langsville and Robert Curtis (Ashley) Varian, Syracuse and a great-granddaughter, Taylor Nichole Varian. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Teresa Varian. In keeping with Maxine's wishes, there are no calling hours. A private family funeral service will be conducted
on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Racine. Rev. Jim Satterfield will officiate. Interment will be in the Letart Falls Cemetery.
