William Heeter, Jr., 80, of Racine, passed away at 12:53 am on Monday, December 4, 2017 in the Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. Born September 11, 1937 in Rochester, Pennsylvania he was the son of the Late Raymond William and Anastasia Mckita Heeter, Sr. He was a retired construction laborer.
He is survived by his daughters, Detearie Heeter, Tawnee Marie Heeter, and a son Kyle Heeter. Grandchildren, Chaos Phaze, Ricky Phaze, Tyler Phaze, a great-grandchild, Spring Melody Ann Phaze. A sister, Mary Catherine Hiltz, and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to his parents Jr., is preceded in death by his wife Edna G. Parsons Heeter on January 28, 2015.
