Deborah “Debbie” Queen, 73, of Pomeroy, passed away at 12:55 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2024, in the Overbook Center, Middleport. Born June 9, 1950 in Gallipolis, she was the daughter of the late Harley and Josphine “Jean” Deweese Drummond. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, James Queen, whom she married on November 27, 1971, in Crown City, Ohio. A son-in-law, Shannon Cremeans, of Coolville, Oh., grandsons, Samual and Jamie Cremeans, a sister, Ruth (Lee) Queen, of Coolville, and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her daughter, Tammy Cremeans, a sister, Wanda Mullins, and a brother, Harley Drummond Jr.,
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Pomeroy with Pastor Donnie Cremeans officiating. Interment will follow in the Standish Cemetery, Dexter. Friends may call an hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
