Denise Reitmire

Denise “Dee” Reitmire, 61, of Syracuse, passed away at 11:45 p.m. on Friday, June 6, 2025, in the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.  Born May 31, 1964, in Pomeroy, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Daniel Riffle and Pamela Matthews Riffle who survives in Racine. 

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her children, Brittney McCartney (Anthony Shamblin), of Racine, Austin Reitmire, of Syracuse, and Sydney Adams (Jaxon Ohlinger), of Racine and her grandchildren, Maverick McCartney, Raider Shamblin, Cash Shamblin, Nora “Bean” Shamblin, and Camry Ohlinger.  Her siblings, Tracy Brinager, of Racine, Sean Riffle, of Syracuse, and Shannon (Sherry) Riffle, of Racine, special niece, Chloe Riffle, special nephews Corey Brinager and Braxton Brinager and special great nieces Harmony, Grace, and Emi also survive.

She was preceded in death by her father Daniel Riffle.

Memorial visitation services will be held in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Racine, on Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 6-8 p.m.
