Edna Mae McFarland

Edna Mae McFarland, 76, of Pomeroy, Ohio passed away at 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, in the St. Mary’s Medical Center.  Born September 24, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Ira Gordon Roach Sr. and the late Estherla Eddy Powell.  She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her sister, Elsie (Delbert) Roush, of Pomeroy, and special friends Sydney Waugh, of Pomeroy, and Vicki Johnson.  Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Stanley McFarland, brothers, Danny Roach and Ira Roach Jr. and a sister, Arlene Roach. 

Visitation will take place on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, from 2-4pm in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Pomeroy, Ohio.
