Jeri Lynn Hawley Herman, 51, of Middleport, passed away, on Friday, September 5, 2025 in the Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. Born February 12, 1974, in Gallipolis, she was the daughter of Norman “Jerry” (Jane) Hawley who survives in Pomeroy, and Linda Bobo, who survives in Middleport. She was a State Tested Nurses Assistant for Taylor Staffing.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Lance “Tye” Herman, whom she married on October 31, 2007, in Middleport, children, Raynee Herman, of Middleport, and Tyson (Nyla Wilson) Herman, of West Columbia, WV. Grandchildren, Taryn Herman Priddy, Brynlee, Stella, and Josie Herman, a sister Tammy Hawley, of Middleport, nephews, Brennan and Nicholas, and a great-niece, Chloe also survive.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Teresa Dawn Hawley, paternal grandparents, Norman and Betty Hawley and maternal grandparents William and Collen Dunfee.
Cremation services are entrusted to the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Pomeroy.
