Lori Nicole “Nickie” Eastman, 50, of Gallipolis, was greeted at the gates of Heaven by her late son Damian Matthew Eastman on June 13, 2025, in the Holzer Medical Center, Jackson, Ohio. Born August 10, 1974, in Gallipolis she was the daughter of Rita Putney (Dave) White, of Crown City, and Johnny White, of Lucasville. At five years old she was taken under the wings of the late Terry Warren who helped Rita raise her as his own.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her fiancé Roger Brewer, of Cincinnati, who was her partner in life for nearly 8 years. Also, those left to cherish her memory are her children, Jacob (Stormie) Gillenwater, of Gallipolis, and Desirea (Aaron) Rupe, of Gallipolis, her grandchildren, Jacob, Jazmine, Jorja, and Amiyah, in which they were her world. Brothers, Travis (Vanessa) Warren, of Portsmouth, David (Georgie) White, of Rutland, sisters, Angela (Dennis) Pauley, of Indianapolis, Indiana, Misty (Robert) Jenkins, of Scottown, and Angela White, of Gallipolis, a former sister-in-law, Jennifer Warren, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, also survive.
Lori had a passion for traveling, flowers, creating beautiful artwork, and caring for her dog, Daim-Daim. She had a bright and energetic personality and was known for her ability to make everyone around her laugh.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Gallipolis, with Pastor Bob Price officiating. Friends may call two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
