Mary Belle Pasquale, 88, Gallipolis, passed away peacefully at 11:39 p.m. Tuesday, June 25, 2024 in the Holzer Senior Care Center. Mary Belle lived her life as a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother. Mary Belle was born August 2, 1935 in Mason County, West Virginia, daughter of the late John William and Mamie Ellen Walker Cook. She worked at Pasquale Electric and was co-owner of Bell Contracting. She was a member of the Ohio Eastern Star. She married Thomas E. Pasquale on June 14, 1969 in Point Pleasant, West Virginia and he preceded her in death on February 12, 2008.
Mary Belle is survived by her children, Pam (Keith) Wiseman, of Lewis Center, Ohio, Pat (Mark) Gay, of Gallipolis, and T. J. (Kelli) Pasquale, of Lewis Center, Ohio, her grandchildren, Britt (Courtney) Wiseman, Andrea (Zac Biggie) Wiseman, Nathan Wiseman, Jeremy (Melissa) Griffith, Laura (Tim) Humphreys, B. J. (Renea) Gay, Shayne (Carrie) Gay, Jessica Gay, Kelsey (Austin) Marsico and Brooke Pasquale. Great-grandchildren surviving is Logan Griffith, Hayden Griffith, Addison Griffith, Kayle Mannon, Libby North, Dylan Humphreys, Gracyn Gay, Jensen Gay, Hudson Gay, Zane Gay, Ethan Means, Caysen Hill, T.J. Stover, Belle Wiseman and Callahan Wiseman and great-great grandchildren, Everleigh Griffith and Macie Griffith. Two sisters also survive, Lucy (Mike) Mitchell, of Cookeville, Tennessee and Doris Henry, of Gallipolis and one brother, Larry Cook, of Gallipolis Ferry, West Virginia as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mary Belle was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Amy Griffith, grandson, Joshua Farmer, great-grandson, Garrett Humphreys, sisters, Virginia Gibson, Ruth Northup, Margaret Pierce, and Donna Sheline, brothers, Charles Cook, Walter Cook, Cecil Earl Cook and John William Cook Jr.
Private family services will be conducted Sunday, June 30, 2024, in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Centenary Cemetery in Green Township. Casketbearers will be Jeremy Griffith, B. J. Gay, Shane Gay, Mark Gay, Britt Wiseman, Nathan Wiseman and Keith Wiseman.
