Melisa Lynn Pace

Melisa Lyn Sheets Pace, 57, of the Rodney community, passed away at 8:35 a.m. Friday, July 12, 2024 in the Wexner Medical Center at the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Born December 28, 1966 in Gallipolis, Ohio she was the daughter of Peggy Pitchford Bailey, who survives in Rodney, and the late Charles "Wayne" Sheets. She was a retired dietician. In addition to her mother she is survived by her two sons, Brian Tyler Pace, of Circileville, Ohio. and Joshua Michael Pace, of Circleville, her grandchildren, Jayden Pace, Vivien Pace and Jordan Ramey. Also surviving is her brother, Jeff Sheets, of Gallipolis. In addition to her father Melisa was preceded in death by her daughter, Emilee Christine Pace, step-father, Bobby "Bob" Bailey and a cousin, Garrett Sheets. There are no calling hours or funeral services. A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family. Cremeens-King Funeral Home is serving the family.
