Philip D Radford

Philip D. Radford, 89, of Pomeroy, passed away, at 12:20 a.m. on Monday, March 25, 2024, in the Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis. Born March 30, 1934, in Gallia County he was the son of the late Wyatt and Dorothy Canterbury Radford. He was a retired United States Postal Service employee. 

Per his request there will be no calling hours nor funeral services. Interment will be private in the Rocksprings Cemtery.
