Roger Lee Hartshorn

Roger Lee “Peek” Hartshorn, 43, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 22, 2025, at his residence.  Born October 31, 1981, he was the son of Larry Hartshorn Sr. and the late Mary Cox Hartshorn.  He was a beloved father, son, brother and friend who will be deeply missed and forever cherished.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his children, Kayla Hartshorn, of Middleport, and Koalton Hartshorn, of Middleport,  his girlfriend of eighteen years, Jessica Browning, his siblings, April (Chris) Henson, of Cheshire, Melissa (Jamie) Hartshorn, of Cheshire, Christopher (Joyce) Hartshorn, of Fairmount, WV, Jason (Crystal) Hartshorn, of Gallipolis, Larry (Sarah) Hartshorn Jr., of Pt. Pleasant, WV, and Tammy Rossiter, of Laurelville, OH. A special friend, Rhonda Salmons, the mother of his daughter, several nieces and nephews, and many friends, whom he dearly loved, also survive.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Cox Hartshorn and a brother, Tony Hartshorn.
