Sandra Kay Williams

Sandra Kay "Sandy" Williams, 58, of Portland, passed away at 10:26 a.m. Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the home of her daughter, Michelle Allen, in the Hamden community of Vinton County surrounded by her loving family. Born August 29, 1967, in Parkersburg, West Virginia she was the daughter of Kathryn Reed Evans, of Portland and the late Norman Evans. She was a nurse's aide. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, William "Bill" Williams., her daughter, Michelle (John) Allen, of Hamden, Ohio, her two sons, Sean Williams and Levi Williams, of Portland, her grandbabies, Jacob Allen, of Portland, Zoey Ross, Colten Williams and Oliver Williams, of Portland. Also surviving are her sisters, Norma Evans, Mary Evans and Jo Ann Evans, all of Portland, one brother, Norman "Bub" Evans, of Portland and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her father Sandy was preceded in death by two granddaughters, Rachel Dawn and Danielle Renee, her grandfather, Kenneth "Kenny" Reed and two nephews, Paul Evans and Matthew Triplett. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Portland-Racine Community Church of Christ. There are no calling hours. Memorials may be made to the family. The Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Racine, is serving the Williams family.
