Sarah A Meredith

Sarah A. Meredith, 101, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away at 11:52 a.m. on Monday, December 1, 2025, at her residence.  Born April 22, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Olson and Linna Zerkel Sayre.  She was a homemaker.

Sarah is survived by her son, Keith Meredith, of Columbus, Ohio, brother, Danny Sayre, of New Haven, West Virginia and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Meredith, brothers, Ben Sayre, Dale Sayre, and Phill Sayre, and her sisters, Geraldine McCoy, Marjorie Swagart, and Winniford Hill.

Graveside services will take place at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Graham Cemetery in New Haven, West Virginia. There will be no calling hours.  Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Pomeroy is entrusted with the arrangements.
