Sarah M Stanley

Sarah M. Stanley, 40, of Morgantown, West Virginia and formerly of Parkersburg West Virginia, passed away on Sunday, May 16, 2021 at her mother’s Morgantown residence. Born April 9, 1981, in Gallipolis, Ohio she was the daughter of Jeffrey Steele of Gallipolis, and Maureen Elizabeth Jacobs (John) Horne, who survive in Morgantown. She was a former supervisor for S.W. Resources and a member of The One Church, Parkersburg.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Madelyn Sarah Elizabeth Riel, of Gallipolis, half-brothers, Jacob Stanley, and Douglas Young, both of Morgantown, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.

She is preceded in death by her step-father, Charles Stanley.

Private funeral services are entrusted to the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Gallipolis. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Sarah’s memory to the The One Church, 1900 Saint Marys Ave, Parkersburg, WV, 26101.
