Terri (Owens) Hawley

Terri Hawley, 64, of Pomeroy, passed away, at 8:45 a.m. on Sunday, September 4, 2022 in the Arbors at Pomeroy. Born January 7, 1958, in Pomeroy, she was the daughter of the late James and Sally Nease Owens. She was a retired cashier for Powell’s Grocery Store.

She is survived by her daughter, Tara (Ronald) Spaun, of Pomeroy, grandchildren, Kayla Ashburn, Chonslyn Spaun, Hannah Spaun, Brady Spaun, and Lexie Spaun. Her great-grandchildren, Lyric Ashburn, Chloe Ashburn, Zayden Ashburn, and Elijah Gilbert, a brother, Mike (Brenda) Owens, of Anderson, Indiana, a sister-in-law, Lisa Ownes, of Crown City, and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Michael Todd Hawley, a sister, Marcy Thompson, and brothers, Pat and Tommy Owens.

By her request there will be no calling hours nor funeral services. Cremation services are entrusted to the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Pomeroy.
