Troy Boggs Sr.

Troy Boggs Sr., 62, of Long Bottom, Ohio passed away at 1:12p.m. on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, in the Marietta Memorial Hospital.  Born June 2, 1962, in Pomeroy, Ohio, he was the son of the late Victor Musser and Virginia Brinker Evans. He was a retired carpenter for the Carpenters Local 650 of Pomeroy.

Troy is survived by his children, Troy Boggs Jr., of Long Bottom, Britney (James) Harris, of Long Bottom, and Wyatt Boggs, of Long Bottom and his grandchildren Hunter Hawthorne and Kailey Boggs.  A brother, Terry (Sheri) Boggs, West Virginia, and sisters Kimberly Varian, West Columbia, WV, and Connie (Hal) Boston, Letart, West Virginia also survive.

He was preceded in death by his wife, April Boggs, and a brother-in-law, Hoss Varian.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 21, 2025 in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Racine at 1:00p.m. with Rev. Mark Mitera officiating.  Interment will follow in the Rainbow Ridge Cemetery.  Friends and family may call at the funeral home starting at 12:00p.m.
