Judy and Family, I was deeply saddened and shocked when I read about Joey's passing. He and I had some good conversations at Alligator Jack's flea market, and I just saw him a week ago Sunday at which time he seemed to be in good spirits and health. I believe our friendship developed due to the fact your daughter and I, although spelled differently, have the same name. He and I traded quarters. He will be greatly missed; he always had joke to tell. May God's peace and spirit be with you at this time, and I know they will because Joey and I talked a lot about going to church.

Was so saddened upon hearing about the passing of Joe. Derek was so upset when he heard the news. He loved talking to Joe and Buddy the dog will miss howling at him.. He will be missed by all that knew him and he surely enjoyed talking to everyone wherever he was. It was always howdy Neighbor and what's happening on the other side of the hill when I would see him at the Wellness Center. Our thoughts and prayers go out to your family during this difficult time and hope you hang on to those precious memories to help you thru the days ahead without him. RIP Joe......
